assignment land issue

In 2005 we purchased assigned land and on that time the land was noted as CJFS lands and we received adangal as an enjoyer on online and now it is showing sealing patta in 1B and as an enjoyer the names are removed by government and we are residing in another village and in RDO office the land records found that land assigned to previous people only and we paid tax also for that and can we take that sealing patta land as d form land and government can assign that land to me.
