Can we join service right now

Our close relative who is working as a CEO in Nagar Parishd in Maharashtra .two days ago some false complaint .anti corruption department entered a case now bail is granted by magistrate as on 22 August 2020 . can our relative join the service from Monday

A.Dear Client
If he is sent to jail for more than 48 hrs, he is deemed to have been suspended from the service. After getting bail, he may apply for revocation of his suspension order, where concern department can take decision as per law case to case basis.

A.If you have spent more than 24 hours in jail or police custody then your services shall stand suspended or terminated automatically. Till the trial you shall stand suspended. Only on acquittal from court you can make representation for cancellation of suspension order and only if n cancellation of suspension order you can join your services.
