I am a retired Delhi govt employee drawing pension from Delhi Govt. My age is 70.
1.i am a diabetic patient with underlying congetinal heart problem. I had gone twice to I cu and once to ccu courtesy my husband.
2.i have a 45 year old schizophrenic daughter whom I look after. She is as normal as these patients can get with regular medicine and kind treatment.
My husband a ex bank employee is a wayward person. He is a regular hard drinker. Womanizer and chain smoker.
He used to go to bank drunk and pickup quarrel and was suspended. He was under suspension 1/3 rd of his career.
4HEWAS Suspended in 1997 for some fraudulent transaction and there was cbi enquiry and ultimately he was acquitted.
5inthe year 1998 he raped a minor girl and was charged under kidnapping and rape of a minor girl then case was with drawn when he offered them a few lakhs. This all happened in meerut where he was posted and I was in Delhi with my daughter.
He indulges in domestic violence to get money from me. As he lost the job when he was 47.
My question is I want to part with him as I feel imay loose my health due to constant bickering which will affect my I'll da
ughter. My question is will bank give his service record for scrutiny in court. Will police be having the record of registration of case

A.1. you can file a case of domestic violence against him and can apply, through an application, to restrain him from causing any domestic violence to you and further not to intervene in your peaceful living,
2. you can also register a police complaint,
