Harassment towards owning a Pet in Residential Complex

I am being harassed by some Owners of my Complex due to some bad odor they get due to my pet urination in my own Flat ? Despite cooperating they continue complain.What can i do ? Can i file a complain of harassment ?

A.Dear Client,
As per your submissions it is clear that your pet is urinating in your own flat, but the neighbors are trying to blame on you, so better proceed with filing private complaint against them. You have strong grounds in your favor. Harassing in the name of animals and pet is also against to law.
