Labourers shed in residential colony
There is a labourers shed construction just on the edge of our colony, which is causing lot of problems to colony members like noise, smell, mosquitoes, etc.
How can we try to remove those shed near us legally. Is there any permission required to build those sheds near residential areas, if yes how to legally overcome this?
A.You may file writ petition against them and local authority.
