I live in my with my parents but all my necessary things & luggege in my husbands house.i want all these things back . For this can i take a help of mahila takrar nivarsn kendra which is run by police.k dont want to go though court bcoz my domastic viloance case is allready pending in the court since 2 years but not a single hearing is done. So i dont want to go through the court.plz give me some advice

Good wishes
You have to file an affidavit before the respective court as Interim Application praying to allow you to get back your articles from your husband's house. court order will give you full rights to access into your husband's house for the articles, else all other actions may lead to further legal issues. Trust on Court and its orders, The IA will give you proper remedy for your issue.

If you do not want to approach court then you can try to resolve the issue with your husband peacefully, you can go for mediation.

A.yes,
you can lodge a complaint with CAW cell of police and request the investigation officer of your case to get back your stridhan and all of your belongings from matrimonial home.

You can take help of registered social organisations help . But police office/protection officer/ social organisations also function as per court direction on maintainance ,safety measures and other directions etc.
In your case you can file before HC for speedy disposal of your case.
