How can i sort the case regarding getting shifting of mic in front of my living room exactly on boundary just 6inch inch inside of neighbor, as my living room voice getting recorded in neighbours mic, as neighbour has not built any wall on his boundary

A.It is nothing but infringement of your privacy . you may get issue a legal notice followed by civil and criminal cases .

A.This appears to be an infringement to your right to privacy. Have you asked him amicably to remove these cameras ? if yes and he still hasn't removed the cameras then my advice would be to send him a legal notice and ask him to cease and desist and remove these cameras. Another thing is if there are women living in your house then you can also make a police complaint as section 509 IPC gets attracted. You can also file civil suit for injunction and take a restraining order from the court.

A.you can file a civil suit to restrain him from doing any activity which violates your right to privacy,
start with sending a legal notice through a lawyer
