A.Hello,
1) Divorce can only be granted by competent court hence by taking your daughters signature will not give him any right to second marriage.
2.) if he has already done second marriage he is liable under section 494 IPC and his second marriage is void so legally he will punished for maximum 7 yrs of imprisonment.
3) he will also be liable under DV act i.e. Domestic violence Act which will include the husband , mother in law and other members who are involved in any kind of torture and abuse (mental and physical).
4) you can also make him liable u/s 498a ipc for cruelty.

begin with filing criminal case by Filing FIR where you reside or your daughter resides .

A.1. one cannot do second marriage without divorcing his first wife. If one does so, he can be booked under IPC 494 which may result imprisonment up to 07 years with fine and second marriage will become null & void
2. ask your daughter to file
