my daughter marriage was done 2009. Her husband is from Akola, after mariage they were mentally torching him i get back my daughter back after 2/3 month by daughter is saying i want to go i had taken her back to akola it has happen several times. My daughter does not want to take divorce. in 2016 her Husband taken her signature for second marriage, and afer 3 months he left my daughter for 3 yrs to my home. He had done second marriage one year before. in feb 2020 , he come to my home and taken her to akola, by laying that both wifes will leave to happily. again mother in law and her second wife is mentally tourching what to do .

Your details furnished here attracts section Sec. 494 of IPC where a husband shall be prosecuted for Bigamy, further your daughter's husband and in laws will be prosecuted for Domestic Violence for torturing your daughter. So, suggest your daughter to complain in the nearest police station immediately. Delay in initiating legal proceedings will leads to further loss

1) Divorce can only be granted by competent court hence by taking your daughters signature will not give him any right to second marriage.
2.) if he has already done second marriage he is liable under section 494 IPC and his second marriage is void so legally he will punished for maximum 7 yrs of imprisonment.
3) he will also be liable under DV act i.e. Domestic violence Act which will include the husband , mother in law and other members who are involved in any kind of torture and abuse (mental and physical).
4) you can also make him liable u/s 498a ipc for cruelty.
begin with filing criminal case by Filing FIR where you reside or your daughter resides .
Your daughter can file a criminal case and he will be in jail
