My neighbours forcefully came into my land as it is empty from long tome. We got this land from my forefathers. But they didn't registered the land. In RSR, my forefather names are there and they wrote the partition in white paper with their signatures. Can we get the land back and how much time will it take if yes. Can you please help me.
