Govt constructed Cement roads in my private land which is a patta land illegaly Govt constructed Cement roads in my private land which is a patta land illegaly

Govt of AP, Panchayat Raj dept encroached into my property and constructed cement roads in my land on which a appeal suit is already running. We protested against this act through representations acknowledged and legal notice sent through registered post. Despite of all, they forcefully laid roads in my land just because of local MLA told them to lay it. Road was constructed during corona lock down. What should I do? Where should I file a suit? Can court issue an order to probe into this matter ? I want the road to be removed and an apology from the govt. Can it be done?

A.Dear Client,
As Appeal Suit is already pending before the High Court, initiate a Interim Application in the same Appeal Suit praying the Hon'ble High Court to direct the government officials to stop the illegal tress pass, further you submit the all the photographs before and after the road laying in the disputed land along with the related acknowledgement of the letters you have submitted to the concern authorities. you can get the damages from the government authorities once your appeal is allowed.
