HOW TO FILE INDIVIDUAL BANKRUPTCY CASE?

Dear Sir, I have 2 Unsecured Loans and 2 Credit cards. I haven't Paid my dues Since 6 Months. Due to Health issues in my family and Loss in my business, Currently I am not in position to Pay. Banks and Recovery Agents putting lot of pressure by repeatedly calling and Threatening. Currently I am in severe Depression. I want to start a fresh life by filing for bankruptcy. I don't have any intention to cheat Banks. If My financial position improves in future, I will definitely pay my dues. Please Guide me... 1) How to file Individual Bankruptcy Case? 2) In Which Court Should I file Individual Bankruptcy case?
