I have joined company on 3rd FEB, 2020 and 6 months is on probation. On 2nd August, 2020 probation period is completed. but during pregnancy company terminates me on 20th August, 2020. on date of termination I am 5/6 months pregnant.
Shall I eligible for maternity leave as per the law. please suggest

A.Dear Client,
As per your inputs you have been terminated by your employer on the reason of your pregnancy, you have every right to claim, issue legal notice through a lawyer

A.What was the reason for the termination? You can contest the termination if it was done illegally without serving the notice period
