Chitting fraud with families

Dear Sir/Madam,
A Parrent have 10 sons and 5 daughters and the 2nd one son approached father that he need home loan and for that his father land need to make a lease agreement to do the same and agreement made with two witness among two witness one of the Brother in the year 2010.
Now recently come to know that the Lease Agreement is
Not made that year actually it was made Sale Deed by doing chitting and misleading to the families by 2nd one son, and father died in the year 2013 .
Now 2nd Son threatening to all his brother and sisters to vacate the house as father was sold the land to him and he made a house in this land by taking home loan and loan going to be clear, as 2nd son is govt employee going to retire in next five year.
My questions is what can we do legally to cancelled the Sale Deed and Patta and to make all brothers sisters share holder of his father's property. Legally.
Kindly help and provide legal advice for further doing needful legally at the earliest.
