For opening an NGO , is there any legal permission for social service , if yes then what to do ( limites , terms )

A.It is statutory to register with all the requirement for opening NGO for social service. The charity commissioner of the area is the competent authority to grant the required permission as per the Act.Better to consult a Lawyer from Panel of Vidhikarya for quick advice & help.
