Adoption

This is regarding agricultural property from ancestors with adopted son.

Actually my father was adopted son to my grandfather (there are no certificates of adoption but my father's SSLC marks card has his father name as current father i e this grandfather) and my grandfather also has own daughter. due to some family issues my grand father has transferred the ancestors property to his daughter in 2005. Now my father and grandfather are no more. my aunt (my grandfather's daughter) is trying sell the property. How should I stop this and get my share legally? Please advise.

If the property are self acquired property of your grandfather and he transferred to his daughter you can't question now
