A.Dear Client
No one can use anyone until and unless they accept to be used. In your statement you did not say how she used you. Generally this word used by female. If you don't have any physical relations and no evidences are with her then you can simply keep quite. If any are there then complaint to the police.

A.You can register a complain i the police station against your friend for abatement (leading you to commit Suicide by way of mental torture and using you for her personal benefits). You can also file a suit against the friend for harassment with the help of a legal attorney.

A.What kind of personal benefits she has taken ? has she taken any money or just used you emotionally. If it pertains to money then legal action can be taken on knowing the facts of the case. Otherwise if she has only used you emotionally then you cannot do anything and my advice would be to move on with your life.
