Pan number wrong for co-owner in index 2

I purchased flat and did deed of aprtment but in index 2 my pan number is correct but my wife pan word is wrong so do I need to change or no problem if yes then builder need to present there

A.Immediately send the legal notice through a lawyer to the Builder and also the office of the sub-registrar as without verifying the PAN Card details how did they punch it in the agreement and as this wrong mentioning of your wife PAN card number can be loss in a long run kindly get it rectified at the earliest and fees if any the Builder or the person was conducted the stamp duty and registration is liable to pay such kind of fees if any for the correction work as it is an error from their side…….. the Builder is not required be present for the work but be sure that you get it corrected or issued legal notice to them through a lawyer.
