Admit card before 3 days of exam Admit card before 3 days of exam

7th sept- IBPS (body to conduct bank recruitment exams) notified that the exam for officers recruitment is postponed. And the date will be notified later.

Next day ibps released the admit card of the exam, just 3 days before the exam.

Due to this many students missed the exam, as they could not arrange travel within 3 days.

Usually admit cards are released 14 days before the exam.

I am planning to file writ petition in high court to cancel the exam. My question is

Is it legal right of ibps to issue admit cards any time of their convenience?
Or at least reasonable amount of time should be given to students so that they can arrange travel.

A.Hi,
You can file a writ in the court against this, since there was no reasonable time provided between the exam and release of admit card due to which difficulty was faced by the candidates.

A.Yes sir, clear cause of action is there.

Reasonable time presumption is correct. I have filed quite a few writ petitions against the Delhi University for unreasonable conduct in examinations etc. They have all succeeded. Courts are giving relief to all students.

You may reach out for assistance, i dont charge fee for these matters. You may file Writ Petition in Delhi High Court with my assistance. You can also put me in touch with someone who faced the same experience in Delhi, if you are not from Delhi.

Will get relief from Delhi High Court.
