My elderbrother adopted by my father brother. But nothing is written in writing.
My brother ssc certificate voter Aadhar every where mention his adopted father name.
He got adopted father land and register in his name.
But now he is asking his biological father property.
What we are worrying is we are not having any adopted document.
And also with help of my father whether he can be readopted, to claim the biological property.

A.As per Hindu adoption and maintenance act there is no need of registeration for adoption.and an adopted child has right in his biological father property which he acquired before adoption ,after adoption he has no right in biological father property. And once child is adopted he can't be readopted.your father can't adopted him again . As you are not having any adopted document but you can prove it by voter and aadhar card of person adopted
