Sir I am Reshma lives in Palakkad, Kerala.infront of our home we have 3meters of road, which we have bought on 2002.Our neighbour who bought his land only before 2years. He has no more roads for his land. He used our road for traveling. When we goes through the road,he blocked our way with
vehicles.When we asked to clear the road he qurelled with us and told that he had broken my mother's head and broken our windows and gates.When we complaint to the Police, they infuenced them with Politicians.They announced bad words about our family.my father and mother are patients, my brother is in abroad.No one is to help us. What we can do please help us

A.Dear Client, Approach Police station file civil suit. Consult a civil lawyer or Property lawyer near you. File a suit regarding this.

A.For safety purpose you can install CC TV cameras ,
File a police complaint with your mother father's medical certificate that they are patient.
If some one attacked and hurt your mother you have to make medical examinations in nearest government hospital and register Fir in nearest police station. If police station did not take any action same complaint forward to superior officer or SP in writing. If no action taken by police you can complaint to Megistrate .
