Please accept my good wishes first. My question is regarding the cutting of notice period. The company agreement says serve 3 months notice period and on actually shot a resignation mail on 6 or 7th of may to the director since i was on the course of covid migration from pune to my native place and attended a 7 days quarantine. I got harassed by continuous followups and just triggered the resignation mail (was not even a formal resignation mail). I was a among the best performers in the company and i can take the support of the employees there and they are willing to support me as well. So i mean to say my mailed them on 7 or 7th of may and without any discussioon my last day was decided on 13th of may breaching the 3 months serving. So please guide me what shall do in order to seek justice wherein i have decided to donate 30 percent to covid causes of the severance if i receive.

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and also approach Labor Commissioner to resolve your issue.
