I bought a product(clothing) from a offline seller
I paid booking amount.But now I dont want that product.They are refusing canceling it.
I want my refund.

A.To want a refund, there is a procedure. In which you can start with sending them a legal notice for refund with the time prescribed you by. But after the expiring of that time period you can file a consumer complaint (pecuniary jurisdiction of consumer forums are as follows according to the latest amendement i.e. Consumer protection Act, 2019:
Matters where you have paid consideration upto 1 cr: District Forum.
Matters where you have paid consideration upto 10 cr: State Forum.
Matters where you have paid consideration more than10 cr: National Forum. )
Matters where you have paid consideration upto 1 cr: District Forum.
Matters where you have paid consideration upto 10 cr: State Forum.
Matters where you have paid consideration more than10 cr: National Forum. )
