Fake degree certificate
I joined teaching profession on 01.02.2012 and my qualification was BA. BEd. Later on I submitted my MA ENGLISH certificate from university. At the time of submission of MA degree I was not aware of Fake degree. As I viewed on UGC portal that University is recognised . I also got a letter of DEC showing recognition of degrees. But now I came across from various sources that University was issuing fake degree certificate. What shall I do? I am unable to understand. Please guide in this regard.

A.Dear Client
As per your inputs it shows that you have been cheated by the concerned University, so better you proceed taking legal action by registering a FIR against the university and the person who issued the certificate to you so that you will be in safe position, else you will be in trouble for using the fake certificates

A.1. if you have been issued a fake degree despite obeying the due procedure for obtaining the degree (attending class, exams, etc) then you can file a formal complaint against the university about the fake degree,
2. the complaint will safeguard you from any action by the employee department
