Regarding NOC

I have took 200000 amount of loan from CASHe, with in 5 months i have cleared all my EMI's and closed my loan, its been one year i am asking NOC but they are not responding , what should i do? can i go legally ?

A.Hi,
You send them a letter to give you the 'NOC' in writing. If they do not comply, then you can send a legal notice.

A.Serve them a legal notice and if they don't give you the NOC even after that, you should file a consumer complaint against them. Was it an online loan? Is that finance company traceable?

A.1. you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to issue the NOC
2. if the NOC is not issued despite service of the legal notice, you can file a consumer complaint as per the provision of latest amendments,
3. the consumer case can be filed from your place,
4. you can also claim appropriate compensation for causing mental agony & unfair trade practice
