PIL:
I would like to file a PIL requesting for exercising fundamental right of an Indian to choose a life partner IF and WHEN he/she wants to and not pressure from any third party (family, community or clan)
Currently we have a law ‘Right to Choose Life Partner is a Fundamental Right and cannot be encroached upon by family, community or clan’.
But we don't have a law to protect Indians from the parental and societal pressure to marry at the "correct" age. So although law is helping to choose life partner its getting nullified when individuals are pressurized to choose life partners at a time not convenient for the, but for parents and society.

You can file a PIL but you need to be able to properly substantiate your arguments with proper data, facts and case laws and only is the argument is properly substantiated then you should file a PIL.

Your PIL is not maintainable since you being a major cannot be influenced by any other person except yourself if anybody influence you then you can lodge police complaint and also take injunction order against them.
