Girlfriend Cheating on pretext of marraige

I and my girlfriend got involved after she promised me to marry... i had consented for physical relations on context of marraige...even she introduced me to her mom and gave emotional hope for marrying... i was involved both physically and mentally.... bearing the major expenses for our meetups and even she took money from me....but all of a sudden she has cheated and left..... due to which i am suffering alot on a mental level
1. can she be trialed under court for emoyional torcher
2. can i visit her house and talk with her parents as her mother is involved and she knew about the relation
