Hello respected sir/mam
I stay in jaipur.I was named as 4th accused in an FIR in a city of maharashtra in july 2019.
It's been more than a year and no investigation is done yet. No chargesheet us filed. What should I do.
Till date no one has come for enquiry.
How to deal with it since I have never visited the city and dont know any lawyer.
Can I transfer the case to my city ??what are the chances??

You have to approach Higher Authorities or High Court and bring pressure to complete the investigation within next three months and to file chargesheet but you cannot transfer the criminal case to another State.

Firstly, you have to file anticipatory bail in the said FIR at the concerned court as there is still apprehension of the arrest.
Contact to the lawyer in your city, who can file the bail online and appear through virtual hearing.
After that wait for a court summons, as still, IO has not filed the changeset/Final Report or cancelation report in the said FIR.
