A.Compromise is not possible as per law. But it is possible. Surprised. I tell you that according to law means court doesn't allow you for compromise, but still you have a little window to escape in this case through out of court settelment. How this will happen?

A.If POSCO is also charged against the person then no compromise can take place, however you can still try your luck by approaching HC with a join quashing . All cases are different when it comes to facts and circumstances.

A.This is a cognizable offense. In this police start arrest a person without any court permission on the basis of an FIR and can start the investigation. There is no compromise as it is a "State against crime". But if the compromise is outside the court without informing the court, then the victim and the witnissess can be hostile in the court by not appearing.
