Property inheritance
I am 25 years old. My father left me and my mom and got married to another lady. He had two sons out of that marriage. He was working as a Health Inspector. He passed away recently. He has built a new house where that lady and her sons live now. But they try to hide the existence of the house. We couldn't get any information about that house. Also, we have an ancestral house.
1. How can I find the information about that house?
2. How the properties will be shared?
3. Will the sons' names are added to the Legal Heir certificate?
A.Dear Sir,
You may approach property brokers or Sub-Registrar office. You may approach Revenue office to get legal heir certificate.
