One of the legalheir my sister is dead.her husband is also dead. Their children are not providing us any id proofs to apply from our side and also not giving legal heir certificate. But not interested in the property also. We are ready to give share.how to take action legally for non co operation? Even though they are ready for release deed but need legal heir certificate from karnataka. Property is in tamilnadu. Any way to obtain legal heir for my sister in karnataka, Nanjangud district? Any notary or affidavit can be given for her heirs? Is that sufficient for release deed in coimbatore

A.Hi,
It is advisable to issue a legal notice stating they are entitled to the property if they show their heir certificate.

A.Dear Client
Issue a legal notice to your sister's children stating that you are ready to give their share in the property if they come with their legal heir certificate from the government of karnataka,
if not then legal steps to be followed in court
