Non performing asstes

I took a vehicle loan on which there was an overdue in the month of July 2019, September 2019 and November 2019. I made consistent payment from December 2019, January 2020 and February 2020. As per RBI guidelines and recent Supreme Court recent stay, Can my loan be considered NPA?
