I take small loan 5500 for 7 days interest rate 20% my due date 02.10.2020 but he call me before due date and ask me make payment and he message to my references for payment before due date .And my references take legel action against me . My all payment on time why

More information will be needed in order to guide you properly as to from whom you have taken the loan and is there a written agreement for that loan. If yes then before the due date they cannot force you to pay the amount.
