2 brothers and 2 sisters, relinquishment deed was made, it has been 15 years and deed is registered, ( the share of the legal heirs not mentioned properly in the deed ) can sisters claim their right back in that property and even if they go to court what need to be done. no compensation has been taken by sisters, what are the legal remedies with sisters ? as the property is still with brothers and not been sold. ( PLEASE SUGGEST )

A.Hi,
Girls have an equal right on ancestral property. The sister can file a claim for a share in the property.

As per your inputs you are also legal heir to enjoy the share in the property, better issue the legal notice to your brothers
Then file a petition for partition of property

A.You have every right to go to court of law and raise your grievance.
In your case, since the transaction happened 15 years ago, you need to explain as to why you kept quite for all these years, and as to why, you are seeking your share back.
The reasons should be palatable and you should convince the court about your case.
It is better and advisable to get it settled among yourselves.
If you go to court of law it is a long drawn proposition and expensive one.
