Getting Address who are working abroad to send out Legal Notice

The land owners who are stealing the water from my irrigation pump set are residing in two different countries.
Stealing of water takes place for both husband and wife land.
Land owner of Wife is residing in India and the husband is working at Gulf country.
How can we get the address of the person who is working in Gulf country to send out our notice either to initiate civil case and/or criminal case. Can I ask my lawyer to send out notice to the land owner wife to ask for husband address?

A.Yes, you can ask your lawyer to send a notice to the landowner's wife, to ask for the husband's address.
