about getting central OBC certificate

Namaste madam/sir,
I am job aspirant belong to central OBC category. My parents are primarily school teachers and their combined income exceeds 8lakh rupees, also we have no other income source.Whether am I eligible to get central OBC Non creamy layer certificate?

A.My advice was to you have to visit the tahasil office with all documents required includes income certificate of your father & make affidavit if required & apply for the Non creamy layer.

A.Attend your authorized tahashil office and do the formalities as required to obtain a non creamy layer certificate.

Am I eligible?? The law says income limit not applicable to c group employees and some of my friends got the certificate.But our tahsildar says he can't issue... So lot of confusion

A.Dear Sir,

Income of your parents only will be calculated. Thus you can get the certificate p;rovided you show only income of your father otherwise not eligible.

Thank u Sir but my question is, Is there any criteria of income limit to group C employees, some people say NO and our tahsildar says he can't issue... So confusion
