false sexual harassment alligation
one of my female friend and i were in the car , as we agreed to kiss each other in our previous conversations i asked her for that ,but she smiled and said no. i further asked her and she replied negatively without being angry. so i did not do anything and apologies if she felt bad and told her that i did not mean any harm to her in any way she said she was ok and she belive me. but after some times she spread rumours that i forced her for that.
Can Ifile complaint against her?
