Victim got looted, passerby saves him. Passerby attacked the culprit, culprit got injured . Culprit filed an FIR with the connivance of police. Victim complain not entertained by police. Victim filed online complaint. After no response victim approached SC police station & there he filed FIR after 6 days. What is the further course of action pl advise.

A.now finally both FIR are in place.
hence the case will reach court.
both victim and passerby can prove innocence and get culprit conviction.

A.According to ur input you must watch ,what investigation had been done by the police & what legal documents will be filed by the police in the court of law...
..After that u take legal action against the culprit.

A.Hi,
There can be no case against the passer-by as the culprit is at fault. You can file a case in the court stating that the police is not entertaining the petition.

A.Dear client,
You haven't maintioned under what sections you and culprit has filed FIR.
Whereas, police is supporting to culprit then in that situation investigation will be slow or police would not much give importance to file final charge sheet.
