Flat in Gurugram colonie

I have bye a flat in guru gram(Ashok Vihar-phase3) token money I have given him in time of the agreement.
currently, the registry is not opened in colonies and he is saying it can take 6 months more so he is forced me to go with GPA and pay the full payments.
It was already mentioned in agreement all rest amount is given in registry time.
What should be I do, please advice?

As per your inputs the registration is delayed due to departmental reasons, and further in agreement it is agreed that the the remaining part of amount will be paid at the time of registration, if the seller demanding you to pay the remaining part, if you are satisfied with the seller then you can give some part payment endorsing back of your agreement paper
else you wait till the time of sale registration

A.Hi,
You have signed the agreement which says that the payment will be done at the registry time so you should wait. If not then you can have an addition in the agreement declaring the money which you are giving right now.
