Motor bike accident causing death

I was involved in a bike accident in which I was the driver. One person tried to cross a main road on a green signal for the vehicles. He was crossing with hi cycle without looking to check for any vehicles. I tried to save him but we collided and he fell. Later after 1 month or so his family filed FIR as that man died. After which I had to take bail from court. Now I got a letter from claims tribunal as his family have filed a claim for a huge sum of money. Now my question is as I am innocent how do I prove my innocence and what are my chances to come out of this case innocent. Any help or advice will be appreciated.
