If police called me and asking me to come, from the police station, regarding 498a. It is a false case, From 1yr we are not living together.
What I need to do first?do I need go?
Can I ask for FIR /complaint copy? Can I ask him to mail.?
Can ask for 41 notice? Without 41 notice do I need answer police directly in person? Or can reply through email or phone?
If I got FIR/Complaint copy through email or any other communication ? Can't I reply through email or using any other communication?
Without FIR and using complaint? What they can do? Can they beat a person?
It is advisable that you clear out the issue with the police over phone or mail. You can also ask the police to send you a copy of the complaint. You can also file a complaint for false FIR against you.
