Non payment of loan Non payment of loan

Hi. I have taken some loans from online apps like loanbro of amount 3000 .i am 5 days overdue on my payment because i had a medical emergeny and lost all my savings to ot. I asked the company to give me 1-2 week time period for repayment in which i will pay the full interest also. But the loan collection agents dont listen to me and harass me with abusive and racial slurs. I asked them to let me share my concern with their senior but they dont listen. They also jave somehow got acess to my whole phone contact list. I know that is breach of privacy and no company or app has right to do so. Now they are calling my relatives, friends, everyone from contact list and asking them to pay and also misbehaving and abusing them. I want to know my rights and how can i deal with all of this. I am on a point to commit suicide because of this.. I dont understand how can a loan of 3000 can give someone right to defame me because i am laste on payment for 2 weeks

A.Hi,
You can apply before the company who disbursed the loan to you and pray for 15 days time stating that you will pay off the loan amount along with the interest as applicable. You can also disclose to the loan authority that though you have failed to repay the loan amount but the company who issued the loan has no authority to disclose the loan default matter to your relative or friends, as that is also an offense. After making payment you can also file a criminal case against the loan authority as breach of trust.
