No, you will get 50% ownership absolutely and after the demise of your father, legal heirs of your father including yourself will get the remaining 50% of the property.

As per your inputs you and your father purchased the property jointly as co buyers, once after his death the other heirs have rights over the share of that property, you can not claim the entire property after the death of your father
