I was driving in my car...and i just touched someone's activa(moped) . Moped was just pushed and it fell off on the ground as it was on single stand.i went out of my car and picked it up ...the owner also came and start arguing with me
....there is no major damage only little scratch on left side mirror( frame)... mirror was turned little..i correct the position of mirror...the owner was calm so i thought everything is okay...and went back to my car but when i was going he started clicking picture or car and number....

As per your inputs if there is no intention to cause damage and no damage was happened to the Activa, its upto the owner of the Activa what steps he will invoke, the same you can defend as per the prevailing law
