Kannada Serial has offended religious belief, how to book under Sec 295a

While showing the differences between husband and wife the "Star Suvarna channel serial named "inti ninna asha" telecast on daily basis at 6pm, on 24th Oct shows the male actor throwing "Devi Idol" from a building to ground, there are ways to show differences between couple's, but the director seems to have choosen wrong way by throwing Revered Religious idol and that too during Navrathri festival and this is offending my religious belief, pl ask the serial producers to apologize specifically and in the leading media and newspapers, i would followup up this with utmost seriousness and willing to take it to higher ups, if not attended with due attention

A.Dear client, it is a Serious Offence as per the Hindu Religious Act and Manusastra and Dharma principles he can be booked under the Civil Procedure Code and also seek compensation max up to 18 % it differences in legal market.
