Already given two times complain of neighbour in police station. He is disturbing our peace. How to handle them

A.you need medical reports to prove physical assault .
you can file case directly in court if police not taking action but need to have evidence.

A.Yes sir we can definitely handle this matter as the police is not also interested in the complaints.. we can directly file a complaint in the courts or can approach the higher officials in the police department and can get justice
