Is it allowed to operate restaurant in shop in residential apartment

A.Hello Sir,
You had to do the task of form filling till the agreement expires, unless you have to pay the amount, if not, they might file a case for the non-performance. You should file an application for altering the aadhar card. Also, a legal action could also be initiated against them for misrepresentation on their part of the contract.

A.Hello,
Usually commercial activities by third party could not be allowed in a residential area. And moreover only 20% of the whole residential unit could be allowed for commercial purposes. If any nuisance is caused to the public, legal action might be taken.

A residential apartment cannot be used for commercial activities by a member or third-party. But, if you are the owner, you can but only 20% of the resident unit could be used for commercial purposes. Also, if any nuisance is caused legal action can be taken against you.

A.Yes you can but you need to avail the permission of the owner and also the President of the apartment if you want to really proceed with doing the business
