Sir fake FIR was done by father of my wife in sections 498a,3,4,504,506,323. Her father died 22 nd sep due to corona. I m currently in govt job(BSNL) and waiting to join Railways. This may take atleast 3 months to issue joining and case is at chargesheet stage. As per policy of railways no case should be pending against applicant at time of joining. I want to settle it mutually and how can the fir under different sections be quashed under HC ??

A.complainant died but your wife can give consent to quash the FIR in HC.
if she want divorce onyl then you can go for mutual divorce with condition to take back FIR and then FIR can be quashed by HC.

Hope this clarifies,

A.Dear Client
As per your inputs you wish to settle all the cases with your wife, first talk to your wife and get her consent if she wish to settle all the cases, later you can file a settlement petition in the Highcourt in Quash petition , thereby your FIR will be quashed

A.You can get FIR quashed in Hon'ble High Court under appropriate proceeding. This can take either one or two hearings. But you have to be fast to appear before Hon'ble HC because you only have 3 months. Lockdown has piled up cases in all courts so new cases took a while to take up for hearing. File it at earliest opportunity to it can be disposed of within 3 months.
