Tenant issue
It is not even a month since I have moved to this flat and it was a huge money which I spent in shifting(includes 2 months security deposit, 30 days brokerage, packers and movers, installation charges of all households.now my land lord wants me to vacate in 1 month notice.
A.Dear Sir,
You must be stubborn saying you are not in a mood to vacate and ask the landlord to approach Civil Court.

A.Dear Client,
Please share the rent agreement for the answer of your question as there must be a clause given in the agreement for vacation of property.

A.Hello Sir,
Can you please specify the term of contract between you and your landlord. But, since you mentioned that you deposited two months security deposit, you should send him a legal notice.

A.Hi,
More information is needed about the term of contract. But, as you have paid the security deposit of two months, legal notice could be sent to your landlord.
