It is not even a month since I have moved to this flat and it was a huge money which I spent in shifting(includes 2 months security deposit, 30 days brokerage, packers and movers, installation charges of all households.now my land lord wants me to vacate in 1 month notice.

A.Dear Sir,
You must be stubborn saying you are not in a mood to vacate and ask the landlord to approach Civil Court.

As per your inputs let me know do you got any rental agreement from your land lord
If not then ask him to give some more months to stay
If he doesn’t accept the same then issue a legal notice to him

A.Hello Sir,
Can you please specify the term of contract between you and your landlord. But, since you mentioned that you deposited two months security deposit, you should send him a legal notice.

A.Hi,
More information is needed about the term of contract. But, as you have paid the security deposit of two months, legal notice could be sent to your landlord.

A.Refer to ur agreement, is dere any clause dat u r not satisfying.
If not dan find out any minimum lock-in time. Ask the broker also y he gave u such propert .you can also go to court for help by filing injunction
