Transfer of self to other state and case need to file in hometown

I had given 5 lacs to a person who is not returning and non responsive most of the calls. All money was given online so I have proofs.
But I am now transferred to other state and helpless what to do as no one there in my hometown for going to local police station or court. What do I do
