My father in law has six daughters, in 2005 elder son in law had taken 10 Marla land as a gift throgh gift deed, In 2013 he said that he is replacing the land with other land where is old house of my father in law built, another gift deed is executed 12 Marla land instead of 10 Marla. Last year we had built house on the same land, while doing a registry in the name of youngest daughter, we come to know that out 17.50 Marla, he has taken 12 Marla land.
